What shall I do if I need some additional official documents? 

Simply ask us in advance to prepare all papers you need (invitation letters etc.), we will do our best to supply all needed documents.

 

How should I write conference paper?

Your conference paper should be written in accordance to rules. These are written and illustrated in the templates.

LANGUAGES

The official languages of the conference are English & Ukrainian, though submission of the abstracts is in 2 languages: in English and in native language. Working language in sections are chosen to satisfy all present participants.

PAPER'S RULES

 

Following information should be indicated in the abstract: title of the abstract, authors’ names and affiliations; e-mail of the corresponding author. Abstracts should not exceed 3000 characters.

CONFERENCE FEES

 

Participation fee in amount of 5-15 € should be paid after the abstract submission. Payment instructions will be sent together with the abstract acceptance notification to your e-mail.

ACCOMODATION

 

Travel costs, accommodation and meals are not covered by the conference fee and need to be paid by participants at their own expense! Housing will be carried out by participants personally.​
